How Can One Overcome Recurring Shortness Of Breath?

hi, i ve been having shortness of breath for the last three of four days. and yes i do smoke. but i use to have this problem when i was a kid. i m 66 years old now. i walk 2 km day eat pretty good and i m not overweight. this happens almost every year . can you help me figure this out ?

Yes first stop smoking and then do a Spirometry test to detect better the airways
