i having been going through a bad patch for almost an year now , i am totally uninterested in anything... i am having hard time sleeping and been treated with exzilor and anxit. Please let me know if there are any self help methods to overcome this.. sometimes i get only 16-20 hrs of sleep a week ..

There will be self help methods ,and for that you need to have confidence and concentration. Try to get tired as far as possible. Do any physical work, in front of you. Don't hesitate to do any any work. If interested try to do gardening, or indoor gardening. Practice yoga, meditation, etc. Try to read books while going to bed.
