How Can One Treat Fever, Vomiting And Loose Motions?

My 2 year son having fever, vomiting and loose motion since 4 and 5 days, now he is relieve from fever but having waterly loose motion at 5 to 6 times in a day and he does not take milk. he onlu demands water. his eyes are now week and behaving like irritation. please suggest what medicine should give for stoping loose motion. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your son having persistent loose motions, eyes looking weak, irritated and asking for water only, fever got settled.
This means the enteritis part is still continued, asking more water indicates that he is dehydrated as also indicated by irritation and may be sunken eyes.
I would advise you the following:
I think he needs intravenous fluid and electrolyte replacement as well as antibiotic to treat enteritis.
Oral probiotics help, also give banana and curd.
