How Can Pain And Burning Sensation In The Vagina Post Intercourse Be Treated?

yesterday I had sex for the first time in 3 years; it was a very long a powerful session. My partner is clean and has no side effects and does not have Aids or Hep A,B,C. I am sore in a good way but when I urinate it burns. Is there something over the counter that I can purchase to help my recovery.

Thank youfor asking.
It seems a vigerous sex after 3 years had caused considerable bruising to your vagina &expwrnal genitals... which starts painful & burning with urination.
You need to keep the genital washes with warm water frequently..Drink lot of water.
Alkaline syrupover the counter taken twice a daywith a glass of water would make urinatikn comfortable.
Absence of infection should recover in a few days.In cade there is itching/vaginal discharge/fever ... consult a doctor for examination & antibiotics prescribtion if needful.
