How Can Pain And Swelling In The Knees Be Treated?

I had knee replacement surgery on July 19th & Manipulation under anesthetic on Sept 4th. I am taking Letrozole for Breast Cancer & cannot take anti inflamatories because of heart medication. I am still experiencing a lot of pain & swelling . I go to rehab :-1 hour physio & 30 mins hydro twice a week & I do approximately 1 hour of exercises on the other days. I achieved 100% bend on Friday but had a very intense physio session & have been in very bad pain since. Is my recovery normal or do I appear to be having complications? When do you think I will have reasonable movement & be pain free?
