How Can Pain In Neck, Head And Knee Be Treated?

Doc please my 3 and a half year old was pushed over yesterday by another child, today she s complaining of pain all over and is got temperature of 39.2. Should I be worried. Especially since the pain is all over her neck, head, groin, knee am very worried now. Is left her with runny nose.

Temperature may not be due to fall or injury but this could be due to cold condition, pain can be treated with, Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen syrup, this is nothing to worry everything would be fine soon, take care, have a nice day.
