Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a fall in December 2015 ,I fell on pavement on my buttocks. since after that fall I have pain in my right buttock which goes down the leg till calf . MRI ,emg, cat scan ,cbc and other tests, everything is normal. As a result of this fall,I have chronic migraine. Please guide me reasons of pain in my buttock and migraine. Thanks.
Falling on pavement on your buttocks has caused local trauma. The acute pain has passed, but it could return from time in time. This explains why you feel pain in your buttocks. Good news that all the exams you did resulted negative. So, no serious injury is present although the occasional pain. Take oral pain killers and apply essential oil locally to reduce the pain.
With regards to migraine, it could be tension or after trauma caused to spinal cord during the falling. It is temporary too, but needs time to get reversed.
Pain killers can help. Keep well hydrated. Monitor your blood pressure and sugar levels, and keep the records for reference.
Hope this helps.
