How Can Pain In The Calf Be Treated?

Hi, I am a volleyball player and I wear ankle braces for protection.. but at my recent game the other team stepped on my foot and I somewhat rolled my ankle but my ankle doesnt hurt my knee and mid calf hurt very bad almost bad enough to not walk... what should I do to recover?
