How Can Pain In The Knees Be Treated?

my doctor says my ACL is not torn, but it is loose and needs support when i wrestle. at the same time he said my knee cap sits higher than it should, causing me pain when i squat or am on my knees while wrestling, What would the best kind of knee brace to get for both these issues combined?

This pain in knee joint is due to ligament sprain. Put on a knee cap before activity of the joints, Don't sit on ground with legs folded.Use western toilet.
Gradually you will recover. Avoid oral pain killers as far as possible.
