How Can Pain In The Knees Be Treated?

i have been to the doctor had xrays done been in therapy got prescription voltaren gel and i have iced the area i keep my foot propped up as much as possible i do the foot streches or toe i have soaked my foot in vinigar but nothing seems to help and this is going on 5mnths now i have to wear shoes with a small heel on them so that it doesnt hurt so bad and i also have arthritis in both knees my bones pop all the time and the hurt what am i doing wrong can someone help my make the pair go away please help

can use kneecap. take x-ray knee to exclude fracture or hair line fracture it can be torn ligament which can be diagnosed after clinical examination of orthopaedic surgeon. give rest to joint and avoid weight bearing.take analgesic like tab combiflam twice daily after food take vit bcomplex and probiotic.
