General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to the injury.

I recommend taking anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.

I also recommend to treat properly the finger by stop in the hemorrhage.

I suggest to use an antibiotic ointment and cover it with a sterile bandage.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
