Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, it would be advisable to visit a doctor and get an X-ray done. If the pain is severe then this can mean a fracture and an X-ray would rule it out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Fahim Sheik
