How Can Pain In The Sartorius Muscle Be Prevented?

I have s young horse and ride regularly. The other day I experienced a severe pain, similar to cramp in what may be my Sartorius Muscle. What can I do to help this and prevent it happening again?

Hi,

It is due to the abnormal and excessive strain on your muscles.
Avoid horse riding or modify your posture. You can take analgesics like ibuprofen or diclofenac for pain relief.

Generally, the pain will settle in a couple of days and in case of persistent pain you can consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
