How Can Pain In The Testicles Be Treated?

My friend was playing ball with my dog(65lbs) and he jumped right on his testical. He is in pain when his tesicals move. He rather sit than move around. Sharp to achy pain. He Is complaining of pain from his testical/groin/hamstring area. Could this be serious?

@ Primary relief can be with ice application and ingestion of ibuprofen
tablet , but strongly recommended to consult a doctor as
he requires proper antibiotics , anti inflammatory medications for the
