How Can Pain In The Testicles Be Treated?

Have a sharp pain near the testicle area, back of my upper legs and lower buttocks. There is no swollen areas and when i touch the area it does not hurt. I have had lower back problems for some time. It comes and it goes, Im not sure if this is the cause.

Yes, This is the cause.

Since your pain is not localized and there is no local pain , the pain appears to be originating in the spinal level and radiating down to the area you explained.

I would advise an MRI of the spine.
