Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You may be suffering from neck muscle spasm. Neck movements with pain to left indicates this diagnosis. Treatment is hot water fomentation and local application of Dynapar gel. Start Neorelax MR twice a day with tablet Ultracet once at night. Use soft pillow of low height. Avoid jerky movements of neck. You will be fine within few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Jayesh Vaza
