General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the management of foreskin damage depends upon the clinical severity.

If the cut or injury is minor, routine care with antiseptic cleaning and application of polymycin cream clears the issue nicely.

If the cut is larger, a surgical opinion with plastic surgery suturing and necessary antibiotics to prevent secondary bacterial infection there.

If you can send a photo picture of the wound area, a better picture can be figured out for your case, how to proceed from this point. You can take ibuprofen tablet after meals for primary pain relief property.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
