How Can Painful Bowel Movements Be Treated?

i had my gallbladder out almost a year ago and have been having painful bm. when i have to go i have to bad its sudden and painful sometimes i black out from the pain. as soon as its all out tho my stomach feels better. at first i thought if i just changed my diet it would stop. well ive tried everything from eating fast food to eating plain salad. it doesn t seem to matter the only food that i have found that doesn t send me straight to the bathroom is eggs so that s all ive been eating for the past week now.the only other thing that has worked is not eating. what is wrong with me is there a pill that i can try to stop the pain. i have no medical as of right now
