How Can Periods Be Induced?

i used family planning injection for three months and immediately after that i took pills for a whole month. I am not pregnant but have not gotten my periods for the past 4 months i think its because of the injection which i have not used for the past 5yrs. Describe for me any medicine i could take to bring my periods. thank you
