How Can Persistent Fatigue, Loss Of Appetite And Cough Be Treated?

I have had apparent cold symptoms since Friday, 2/10. After 5 days went to walk in clinic, chest and ears clear. Fatigue, loss of appetite, post nasal drip resulting in cough. Clinic provided 500 mg amoxicillin 3x/day and mildest Mucinex. All symptoms continue.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a sinusitis. I suggest you to continue using the antibiotics. I also recommend using saline nasal sprays and use a humidifier at home. You should drink liquids and rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
