How Can Pneumonia And Edema Be Treated While Suffering From Diabetes?

My father suffering diabetic and kidney problem.now he has done 4 dailysis but he has so much edma. Now they are on ventilator and also pnimoniya.doctor giving higher antibiotics for pnimoniya.but after 4 dialesis urin out put not obtained.doctor are gives only latex. Pl. Advice which is better latex or daitor. Give another suggetions. Father age 68
