How Can Poor Bowel Movement With Incomplete Voiding Be Treated?

My problem is the same that I have to go for motion 3 times in the morning. This could be at a gap of 10 mins to 1 hr. So in total it takes me around 1 to 1&half hr to clear my bowel. Motion is normally formed (solid) or generally semi formed ie. takes the shape of pot if i use indian style. But if I sit on the pot for 1 hr that doesn't means that my bowel will be clear in one go. Until & unless i get up from the pot i won't have the urge to go for the 2nd time & similarly for the third time also. But it's all clear after the 3rd time.
