Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Arginine sachets can improve the health of your baby and make your pregnancy healthier and thus reduce the chances for miscarriage and preterm labor. Take healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Adequate bed rest is needed. Since family history can predispose to preterm labor, close follow up is needed. Do ultrasound and Doppler monthly. Your gynecologist will explain in detail.

Wishing all the best.
