General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Well, looking into your post, your doctor is right in saying that, your back pain is not due to pseudogout. It can be a mechanical backache considering your age.

Please elaborate on your back pain so that we can help you out exactly. Whether the pain comes in a particular position or radiates somewhere.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein,
General Surgeon
