hello doc, my name is sandeep. last week i found out blood in my stool, and yet again today morning it happened again. This never happens everyday. it only happens when i eat outside food like chinese or peanuts. some friends told me that its due to body heat. but i would like to have some advice. Can any one help me out???

Your symptoms can be related to many causes. It can be:
-Hemorrhoids,
-Anal fissures,
-Colitis or many other causes
I suggest you do:
-A physical examination
-A rectoscope
-A complete blood count
Meanwhile try to avoid spicy food, caffeine, and alcohol. Eat fibers and drink liquids.
