Hi, my wife full face is covered from Red or brown Dot , due to this her face looks very Odd, These dots on her face is
from her birth only, we consulted to doctors also they said there is no treatment for make her face normal, I wish to know, if we go for full face Plastic surgery then How much cost can be occurred and how much time will take in complete treatment, kindly suggest.

Seems to me that she has got freckles on her face. They are most common on face/malar area.
Freckles darken on sun exposure. A skin lightening cream containing one or more of the following agents e.g kojic acid, glycolic acid, hydroquinone etc can be used once or twice daily which lightens them considerably.
It is advisable to use a broad spectrum sunscreen throughout the day to prevent them from further darkening.
Various surgical options that are available for freckles are CO2 Laser, Radiofrequency cautery, TCA peel OR Phenol peel. They are usually administered by a dermatologist.
