How Can Restless Leg Syndrome Be Treated?

I am trying to find a med that will be effective in restless leg symptoms. My Dr. Had me on gabapenton, but that made my leg lymphedema go crazy, and made me so depressed I started to have suicidal thoughts. Is there anything that will work and not have these bad side effects? I am taking oxytocin now, very effective, but scary, and I want off it asap.

Hi,

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. You might require drugs like ropinirole for treatment. Gabapentin and oxycodone are used for pain associated with RLS.
