How Can Severe Anxiety And Panic Attacks Be Treated?

I have anxiety and pantic attacks recently went threw diff meds not workin tottaly hate the way ive been feeling I was on paxil past couple months now Zoloft, couple others before that paxil worked before but not so much now started 50 mg Zoloft fri,i just want feel better?

do meditation.. don't be panic n anxiouus.. you.increase your problem by paniking.. try to be cool and relax.. have faith in god.. if problem get solve after paniking then everyone will do.. but it won't reduce your problem.. but it act like hurdle n create difficultly to overcome your problem...
