How Can Severe Arthritis Be Treated?

I suffer from 3 forms of arthritis and can not tolerate the common Rx meds is boron an possible effective treatment? What possible side effect would it have? I m 72 and excellent health other then arthritis and my current doctor has mentioned acupuncture, a pill sounds more agreeable to me.

As Boron use will not cause much side effects until it reach its upper limit level. Mostly the side effects might be weakness, headache, skin inflammation and peeling off, may even cause depression.
I also suggest you to take physiotherapy,acupuncture, hot or cold compression treatment.
