How Can Severe Back Pain With Fatigue Be Treated?

I went down with flu 5 weeks ago. Temperature, chest infection, and immediately pain in lower back. This stretches from hip to hip and then up spine. It is very servere and will not get better. At its worst I am hardly able to walk and just want to sit in a chair with a hot water bottle at my back. I am also still very fatigued, lacking in energy and motivation. I have never had any problems with back pain before.

Its symptoms of weakness ..and shows lack of energy level ..first take proper diet ..with use of multivitamin and calcium.. then process of walking and activity of daily living..
