How Can Severe Constipation And Anuria Be Treated Despite Taking Milk Of Magnesia?

I ve been constipated the past few days. Today I really felt like I had to go. When I tried to pass my stool is was excruciating and stuck. I put on a glove and tried to feel my stool. It was super hard. I even tried to break up and remove some. I keep feeling the need to go but the pain is too much and nothing comes out except occasional leakage. I tried drinking coffee and even milk of magnesia. Too add to my symptoms I have an urgent need to urinate but can t.

Hi, I have gone through your query.I suggest that you take a enema for immediate relief from the constipation.You can get self applicable enemas from the chemist.After the enema you may have to take medicines to avoid constipation.Apart from the medicines drink lots of fluids and add fibre to your diet.
