Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
How Can Severe Cough, Diarrhea And Vomiting Be Treated?
I ran a temp of 108.9,it took hours to get it to 101.7. My chills are severe(actual shaking) and I have been vomiting for days.It all started six days ago with severe lower abdominal pain and pain in my urethra. Could barely dribble urine.Thought I had uti. Then on Friday it stopped. Thought I was in the clear. Then late Friday night I developed a cough that could not be named.(I am a severe asthma patient, but this was definitely n no sthma). I am now having several diarrhea (get no warning, just go without control). Still vomiting and bono d pressure running very low. I am a high blood pressure patient,I take lisinopril, norvasc and HCTZ. Can not keep it down. Help with advice. Ruth.
At this stage I think you should contact your local doctor. Diarrhea and vomiting in combination to some of the drugs you are taken (lisinopril for instance) can cause kidney failure and potassium disturbances
