How Can Severe Fatigue While Suffering From Hypothyroidism Be Treated?

hi i m having hypothroidism past 8 months onwards my tsh was 88 on that time i started with thyronorm 75 after 2months its came down to 2.6 when i checked last month its again gone upto 4.4 then my dose increased to 100mcg but still i feel too tired ,lethargic , memoryy loss, depression , muscle cramps . really i fed up vth my symptoms so my question is why this tsh not comes normal ,why symptoms still persisting
