General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,Welcome to the HCM
As thyroid gland releases T3andT4 ( thyroid hormones) and regulated by pituatary gland (brain part),which releases thyroid stimulating hormone. When T3 and T4 get low ,TSH level increases and hypothyroidism happens. And all these symptoms can happen when thyroid gland function is disturbed.
My opinion would be get checked by nearby physician and discuss about medicines according to your weight and age.
Regards,Dr,Maheshwari
