How Can Severe Fever Along With Head Congestion Be Treated?

I have a 102.9 fever , much head congestion, and feel hot and tired... I have a 3:30 dr. Appt tomorrow, and didn t have much of a fever when I called today. ( my ears crack when I swallow and I have had a sore throats , but not so sore now. Should I try to get in sooner if I still have this fever in the morning? Thanks for advice... Christine, YYYY@YYYY .

You seem to be heaving URTI but it needs to be evaluated, you need ti visit your doctor till then you can take Alegra-D twice a day. And after doctor's visit you might have to start with antibiotics.
