How Can Severe Headache And Pain In The Neck Be Treated?

My mum fell over a year ago, she has seen several doctors and has just had a MRI. She has head pain and cannot lay down when sleeping as this hurts her head. She has had a lot of neck pain and has not moved her neck as it was painful. Now she said she just has head pain, please can you advise?

Hi,

Consult a neurosurgeon and get a repeat MRI head and neck to look for possible spine injury. As of now she can try analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
