Possibility Of Having Encephalitis

i think i have encephalitis. some symptoms i have are severe headache with no change after 1000 mg tylenol 3x a day, low grade fever, agitation, lymph pain, neck pain and malaise im wondering if i should wait for my appointment with a doctor at my clinic or go into the emergency room?

I carefully read your question and would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to an infection.

I can not determine if it is encephalitis, because your symptoms are not really typical of such disorder.

Anyway, considering your medical condition, I would recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and some tests ( a brain CT scan, complete blood count, chest X Ray study, ESR, PCR).
Further tests may be needed to determine the cause.
