How Can Severe Osteoporosis And Ankylosing Spondylitis Be Tackled Without Medicines?
My arthritis doctor recently(3 days ago), I have severe osteoporosis and the worst seems to be in the spine. I already battle Ankylosing Spondylitis. I have already had vertebrea fracture and may also have a compression fracture in my lumbar region. What now other than medicine, my lifestyle, do I really need to be in a powerchair for safety and to lessen fatigue or should I try to walk as long as I feel I can?
osteoporosis is usually due to age, menopause and medicines. Apart from medicines ,take rich calcium diet like milk, curd, egg, fish. Also take one hour sun exposure daily. If you able to one hour walking than it is good, swimming is also safe exercise.
