How Can Severe Pain In The Legs And Feet Be Treated?

My sister is 61 and she is having shooting pain going down both legs and feet. She has cared for our mother (who passed away 2yrs ago) and our father who turned 92 yesterday. She is a realtor and always on the run. I need to help her can you give me any help.

As per her history is concerned please follow:-
1)Do full blood count with differential
2)Check blood sugar and TSH
3)Do one MRI to ruled out spinal cord disorders
