Many causes for leg pains like restless leg syndrome or infection or anemia or peripheral vascular disease or anxiety or excessive intake of coffee and tea etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. please consult your physician get Doppler of limbs or hemoglobin status or serum electrolytes or sugar levels or X-ray of both lower limbs etc. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
