How Can Sneezing And Hoarseness While On Valsartan Be Treated?

Taking valsartain.. since then have had sneezing spells, hoarseness, mouthfuls of mucous. Most recently, Stomach upsets, fatigue slight headaches, dry mouth, dry eyes (more than usual). The dosage is valsartan-HCTZ. 320-12.5. Started taking it in March.. saw the Physcian Assintant in May and he increased it to the Present dosage. I also have rheumatoid arthritis which is definitely under control, possibly in remission. Please help re: valsartan.
