My husband gets aggressive . He is short tempered by nature. He is always irritated... anry Nd restless. He cannot even sleep properly. He gets violent and show mood swings frequently. Many a times he slips into depression and panic attacks. He doesn t aggree to visit a doctor. What should I do ..?
