How To Deal With An Aggressive Partner?
Hi I ve been in an on and off sexual relationship with my ex boyfriend for 3 years now who i dated for 4 months . He has become very disrespectful and more aggressive he became really aggressive last night and hit me hard he doesnt like when i touch him and talks to me about the new girls hes talking to. I know the steps to take to remove him from my life but i just want to know the best way to go about it.

It would be best to remove yourself from such an abusive relationship. You can seek help from a relationship counsellor who can work with you both to reach a decision best for both the involved parties.
If you feel that you are in danger, then it is important to involve law enforcement too.
