How Can Sore Throat And Fever In A Child Be Treated?

My daughter, 7 years old started running a 101 fever on Saturday evening. Come to find out she was exposed to Hand/Foot/Mouth disease a few days ago. She is complaining of a sore throat and has 1 red dot on her throat. Today is Monday and she still has a fever. When can I consider her non-contagious?
