How Can Sore Throat, Cough, Stuffy Nose, Fever, Body Pain And Shortness Of Breath Be Treated?

Hi, I lost my spleen 4 years ago and received all the recommended immunizations and have been reasonably healthy. I just returned from taking a trip to Seattle and since Thursday have been fighting a sore throat, substantial cough, stuffy nose, aches, and a temp. that goes from 99 to 101. Tonight I have shortness of breath which is prompting me to see if it can wait until morning (9 hours) to go to urgent care or if I need to go to the ER.

Shortness of breath with fever and other respiratory symptoms definitely needs attention and my advice is : you should go to ER ASAP for further assessment and medication.
