Hello dear,my name is dr,Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-take medications for short-term pain relief, including anti-inflammatories (ibuprofen [Advil, Motrin])
-B-complex vitamins may be helpful
-Muscle relaxants like diazepam may be helpful
-Try massaging or rubbing the area with the spasm. This can help relax the muscle and increase blood flow to the area.
-Rest the affected muscles.
-Stretch can help
-Use a heating pad or cold press.
Hope my answer was helpful,if you have any other question I will be glad to answer, thanks
