Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns.
I would like to know how is his non verbal communication. Has she any hearing issues? In my opinion she may have either have specific language delay or autism. You should get her assessed by a developmental paediatrician. Only after the proper diagnosis you can start proper therapy for her.
I hope I have helped you
Thank you
