Hi,

Sperm count can be increased by taking medications containing Carnitine, Arginine, CoQ10, Lipoic acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Selenium and Zinc regularly. Also, intake of medications like clomiphene citrate would help and antibiotics if there is presence of any infection.
It would be advisable to get your semen analysis done before taking any medications.

Normal sperm count ranges from 15 million to 200 million sperm per milliliter of semen. You are considered to have a low sperm count if you have less than 15 million sperm per milliliter or less than 39 million sperm total per ejaculate. If necessary, kindly consult your doctor for the appropriate dose and duration to be taken with regard to medication.

Hope I have answered your query.
