How Can Sperm Count Be Increased For A Man Aged Over 50?
Dr. What can I take to increase my Sperm for my sex life since I m over 50 years and I just got married and my new wife badly needs 3 babies with me and she is over 40. This is very serious. She has never been married before but she one child out of wedlock.
Sperm count can be increased by taking medications containing Carnitine, Arginine, CoQ10, Lipoic acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Selenium and Zinc regularly. Also, intake of medications like clomiphene citrate would help and antibiotics if there is presence of any infection. It would be advisable to get your semen analysis done before taking any medications.
Normal sperm count ranges from 15 million to 200 million sperm per milliliter of semen. You are considered to have a low sperm count if you have less than 15 million sperm per milliliter or less than 39 million sperm total per ejaculate. If necessary, kindly consult your doctor for the appropriate dose and duration to be taken with regard to medication.
Hope I have answered your query.
