How Can Spondylolisthesis, Foraminal Narrowing With Other Spinal Problems Be Treated?

i have mild anterior spondylolthesis of l5 w respect to s1 they lead to moderate to marked bilateral neural foramen narrowing effacing the exiting bilateral l5 nerve roots. A small left disc herniation at l5 that futher narrows the neural foramin. moderate facet and ligamentum hypertrophy and spinal stenosis.
