How Can Stomach Ache Along With Appetite Loss And Nausea Be Treated?

I have been having stomach problems with stomach aches, losing weight, loss of appetite and eating makes me feel nauseous.
I'm 60 and finished my antibiotics a few weeks ago from having diverticulitis. I was feeling better but now the past few days feel badly.

Hi,

Possible causes for your symptoms may be acute gastritis or gastroenteritis or peptic ulcer disease or irritable bowel syndrome etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food, alcohol consumption, smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet Pantoprazole and tablet Sporlac.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
